- Download a registration form, which can be completed electronically or by hand, and email it to laliverti@sdbtt.co.uk or post it to: Lauren Aliverti, SDBTT, Saddlers House, 100 Reading Road, Yateley, Hants GU46 7RX
- Or complete our simple online booking form below.

If you are a healthcare professional booking a place, please note there is a small fee to cover the cost of your place, currently £50 for non-London events and £70 for the London day. Please either send your payment to us by cheque (made payable to SDBTT) or call Lauren to arrange credit card payment over the phone. This is refundable for cancellations until two weeks before the event.
