Peddle Power across Cuba!
Despite scorching temperatures, craterous roads and a only a spattering of Spanish, Paul Frost has managed to take on the Cycle Cuba Challenge of cycling 220 miles in 5 days, live to tell the tale and partake in some seroius salsa celebrations at the end of the challenge!
To date, just over £4,200 has been raised by Paul but he hopes that a few more sponsors will push the total figure a little higher over the next few weeks.
